Island Door is the BEST!! I have a 20 +year old Martin garage door. The remote broke several years ago and Martin door no longer sells in Hawaii. When I called their corporate office they sent me a new remote, but not the correct instructions. I called several garage door services and was told I had to get a new motor $$$. Thank God I continued calling and found Island Door services Martin doors. Darlene and her husband came out and got my remote to work, showed me how it had to be connected to my motor and serviced my door. What life savers. Mahalo nui loa!!!!

Todd was on time. His execution was flawless and timely. Not to mention his price was really really reasonable. Another positive of this transaction is he did not try to upsale me for something I didn't really need. I highly recommend Island Doors for everything garage doors.

Todd at Island Doors, Inc. Is phenomenal. I have never seen anyone so good at their craft. I literally watch him repair my garage door during the whole process. Where other companies wanted to charge more, and they wanted me to wait a week to get me in their schedule.
Island Doors literally took care of my garage door within 1 hour of calling them.

The technician is incredibly professional. Every movement he made during the process was precise and wasted zero time or effort. He never hesitated or struggled at all.

I like he didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. The torsion springs and a little TLC was all the door needed. Now it is working like new!

Highly recommend this company for your garage door or related needs. A+ Service!

First rate customer service delivered with professional competence and an impressive work ethic. The response by Todd (owner, installer and technician) was great. From the first phone call to set up an appointment to completion of the garage door system repairs; my expectations were well exceeded. Todd not only made the necessary repairs to get the entire garage door system operating correctly and smoothly again; he additionally took the time and care to do some unsolicited preventative maintenance to deter future issues. It no longer sounds like a Sherman Tank coming down the street when opening and closing - - - so quiet now. His price was exceptionally fair for the quality work performed. My recommendation is; when looking for a professional garage door install or service, give Island Doors, Inc. your consideration. Thank you and well-done Todd!!!

Todd did an excellent job on very short notice getting an impact rated door installed in our house in Cocoa Beach. Not only was his pricing very competitive but he was able to do the entire project on two days notice. Todd and his company are the kind of professionals you hope to encounter when dealing with a business. The neighbors are already commenting on how good the door looks, if I could give six stars I would.

Todd helped me program my remote over the phone. It took 23 minutes and he patiently helped me muddle through the process at no charge. I didn't even buy the remote from him. He was awesome. Highly recommend. 10/10.

Todd was fantastic! Quick fixed the garage door while ordering our non-standard springs. Permanently fixed the exact day he initially predicted, plus he fine tuned the garage tracks and how the door met the ground properly without being asked. More importantly, did it all in what I thought was a great price. I immediately put his contact sticker on on my door so I don't forget.
